what size does this make? 0-3 or 6+ months?

Hi there,

I have included the chest measurement of 20 inches and is probably suited for a 6 month old. Thanks!

Do you have any idea how to make this bigger?

I began making this sweater and came to a problem. The directions say to cast on 33 sts.
Row 6 is an increase row, but if I have 33 sts on needle and figure 3 sts on each side as the margin, that leaves 27 sts on which to inc 1 & k 1, which would produce 54 st. However, the pattern indicates there should now be 47 sts on needle. I'm confused.

Gorgeous baby sweater. Thanks so much for sharing it with us. Found this link on Knitting Paradise forum from someone who knit this sweater and highly recommended it.

What does the M1 stand for, where would there be a list of abbreviations?

M1 is Make one (it's an increase)

Great pattern! Just what I was looking for. I have a couple questions, Should rows 28 and 30 be K1, P1, K1 at the end? Also I have a gap between the second and third rows of eyelets. I have probably just repeated two lines. Has anyone else had this problem?
